We are thrilled to welcome two new senior leaders to our team: Neil Fletcher has joined as Chief Operations Officer and Roel van Summeren has joined as Chief Business Development Officer!

With over 15 years of executive experience in building technology businesses, Neil has led multiple ventures from market introduction to successful scale-up and global expansion. He is very excited to join our mission and make Plasma Activated Water accessible to growers and farmers around the globe.

Since joining last October, Roel has been building partnerships with growers across the US, UK and the Netherlands. With over a decade of experience in the vegetable seeds industry, he brings a wealth of expertise in building strategic collaborations and driving growth in high-tech environments. His deep industry knowledge and proven track record in scaling businesses make him a key force in our impact efforts.
